Ability to partner with executive leaders and various departments
Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience in the financial services industry
Familiarity with enterprise process frameworks
Experience in scaling operations in a growing organization
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services
