The Payroll Coordinator will handle weekly payroll for 1500 salaried and hourly employees
Experience within Ultipro and ADP is a MUST, creating payroll changes
Updating direct deposits, g/l reporting, wage changes, bonus plans, garnishments
Payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, etc
Update vacation pto, sick time, 401k deductions
The Payroll Coordinator will handle reconciliations
Qualification
Required
Must have UKG and ADP systems experience (Ultipro)
Must have at least five years' prior experience in multi state payroll required
Must have in-depth knowledge of laws and regulations regarding state employment and federal reporting requirements, taxes, payroll distribution
