Senior LevelScalence L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their dynamic Risk Management team, focusing on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The role involves supporting data, reporting, and automation needs for an internal risk platform utilized by over 10,000 associates.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with GRC partners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical datasets using Snowflake and Databricks
Support ETL, automation, and data transformation pipelines using Python and SQL
Build and optimize visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and QuickSight
Manage versioning and code collaboration via GitHub
Support and maintain curated tables and dashboards for enterprise-wide risk reporting
Troubleshoot data quality issues and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Strong proficiency in SQL
Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data modeling and querying
Proficiency in Python for automation, scheduling, ETL, and scripting
Experience with Databricks and PySpark or notebook-based data transformations
Experience in creating dashboards and reports using Tableau and QuickSight
Familiarity with GitHub for code repositories and version control
Experience within Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or risk data environments
Solid understanding of structured and semi-structured data
Preferred
Ability to work independently, ask insightful questions, and engage with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly
