Senior Manager – Real Estate Technology Solutions

The Senior Manager - Real Estate Technology Solutions will lead the development and implementation of tech-enabled solutions, focusing on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities
Lead solution planning, process design, configuration and enhancement, and ensuring they are scalable, user focused, and aligned with business objectives
Drive automation, workflow optimization, and standardization initiatives to modernize day-to-day operations automating processes using workflows, AI and Data
Collaborate with Financial Analysts and data teams to support our Data analytics, reporting, and data driven insights
Act as a trusted advisor to business teams across operational, financial, development, and administrative functions
Facilitate discovery sessions to understand workflows, challenges, and desired business outcomes
Translate business requirements into clear functional and solution level specifications
Work closely with internal teams and external vendor/partners to ensure solutions meet both business and technical expectations
Review solutions delivered in each iteration to ensure stability, scalability, and continued alignment with evolving business needs
Champion continuous improvement through iterative enhancements and business feedback loops
Drive solution adoption by developing training materials, demos, documentation, and communication plans for AI rollout across the company
Showcase new capabilities and gather feedback to continually refine solution design
Define success metrics for every iteration, track adoption and business outcomes, and report value realized from AI, data, and workflow solutions
Help with drafting and maintaining training and reference documentation
Assist with training end-users with the applications
Coordinate system support with application vendors, consultants and / or inter-department teams
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, product ownership, or technology solutions delivery
Proven experience supporting real estate operations (multifamily and/or single‑family strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of business analysis, workflow design, and cross‑functional solution delivery
Experience with modern digital platforms including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps/Power Automate, or equivalent tools
Knowledge of SQL or interest in learning SQL
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power Automate/Forms - Background/Basic Knowledge and SharePoint
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to leverage communication technology while working with remote users
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Accounting Information Systems classes a plus
Exposure to finance or accounting workflows within property management, development, or investment, and/or Single Family/Homebuilding Systems and operations
Experience designing or supporting data‑driven and AI‑enabled workflows
Power Platform/No code/low code applications development , Power BI, RPAs, SharePoint, Copilot, Copilot Studio any or all experience in M365 ecosystem is highly preferred
