This role requires a holistic understanding of brand and marketing with the ability to connect creative assets to broader business goals, while developing a wide range of marketing and brand materials. The ideal candidate will own projects from concept to execution and collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams.

Concept and design marketing campaign assets—including email, paid media, and organic social
Collaborate with internal teams and clients on campaign development
Communicate and present creative concepts to build alignment and move projects forward
Qualification
Required
Must be located in the Greater Seattle Area
5+ years of experience in graphic design in brand, marketing, and campaign work
B.A. or equivalent in the design field
Proficiency in design software (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong visual eye
Excellent attention to detail
Holistic understanding of brand and marketing
Ability to connect creative assets to broader business goals
Experience in concept and design of marketing campaign assets including email, paid media, and organic social
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients on campaign development
Ability to communicate and present creative concepts to build alignment and move projects forward
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to manage details across a lot of moving parts
Ability to operate in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Ability to develop work that has a meaningful and measurable impact
Ability to develop skills with a team in a high-growth environment
Effective communicator who can build strong working relationships with clients
Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development
