The Project Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with Staffing Managers and Project Directors to meet hiring needs accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates for regional and national staffing programs
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and onboarding readiness
Partner with Staffing Managers to understand role requirements and hiring volume
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and ensure timely follow-ups
Support batch hiring, documentation completion, and onboarding coordination
Build strong relationships with candidates to support engagement and retention
Participate in recruiting events, virtual interviews, and local outreach efforts
Ensure compliance with hiring standards, eligibility requirements, and regional regulations
Qualification
Required
Experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or project-based hiring
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple pipelines and competing priorities
Experience using applicant tracking systems and onboarding tools
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and related tools
Strong judgment in evaluating candidates and aligning them to roles
Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
