Responsibilities
Perform critical functions to support daily operations, with an emphasis on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance)
Onboarding new datasets relating to client requests
Perform detailed data analysis
Identify data issues and work with the appropriate teams towards a resolution
Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness are critical to the success of this function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Data Analytics or related field
2-4 years' experience working in an Operations, Business Analysis, Data Analysis or Systems analysis role
Familiarity with ESG Principles
Able to interact with vendors, clients, and end users of the data
Exhibited skills in problem identification and resolution
Strong analysis skills resulting in the ability to accurately respond to customer inquiries accurately
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and project management skills to navigate through high volume setting with tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff, management, and other business partners
Preferred
Financial Services Industry experience working with reference data
Experience working with Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, IDC, and industry ratings vendors
Experience working with analysis/reporting tools such as SQL, R, and OBIEE
Data analytics, data mining, reporting, operations research, and data manipulation experience
