Responsibilities

Support Sales, Marketing and Product Management with compelling performance comparisons and trend analyses of Federated Hermes suite of products versus competitors
Collaborate with Product Management & Marketing to identify new and cogent sales ideas and communicate them along with product trends in the industry to enhance selling opportunities of Federated Hermes investment solutions
Support department efforts and client-facing deliverables by utilizing various systems to extract data and help prepare information as requested
Support Senior management in the creation and automation of various reoccurring reports assessing product performance and industry data

Qualification

Data analyticsMicrosoft proficiencyProject managementFinancial databasesInvestment products knowledgePythonExcelPower BI

Required

Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or other related degree required
Project management experience required
Basic understanding or interest in investment products/mutual funds and the investment management industry
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft required
Familiarity with third-party financial databases such as Morningstar, eVestment, and Bloomberg, along with analytical tools like Excel, Power BI, Python, etc

Preferred

1+ year of related experience preferred
