Responsibilities
Lead the establishment and growth of the US forensic accounting and financial advisory practice
Develop and execute the firm’s US market entry and growth strategy
Originate and deliver work across:
Forensic accounting and financial investigations
Litigation support and expert witness services
Commercial damages, valuations, and financial analysis
Disputes, arbitration, and regulatory matters
Act as a senior, client-facing leader and trusted advisor to:
Law firms
Corporates
Private equity, insurers, and other stakeholders
Serve as a rainmaker, driving revenue through existing relationships and new market development
Recruit, mentor, and build a high-calibre US team from the ground up
Collaborate closely with international leadership on cross-border matters, referrals, and client development
Represent the firm in the US market through thought leadership, industry engagement, and profile-raising activity
Qualification
Required
Senior forensic accounting or financial advisory professional currently operating at Managing Director, Partner, or equivalent level
Strong background in forensic accounting, disputes, litigation support, investigations, or complex financial advisory
Experience acting as Expert Witness, Testifying Expert, or Lead Advisor on complex commercial matters
Established US legal and professional services network (law firms, corporates, PE, insurers, or regulators)
Demonstrated ability to originate work and build a book of business
Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building a practice with significant autonomy
Motivated by long-term value creation rather than short-term platform security
