Responsibilities

Lead performance media (Meta, Google, TikTok + testing new channels)
Manage alternative channels (micro-influencers, creators, UGC, affiliates, communities)
Develop cross-channel strategies (paid + lifecycle + referral)
Oversee metrics management with a focus on efficiency (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention)
Use AI to accelerate the production and testing of creatives and copy
Transform data into insights and decisions with greater speed
Automate routines (reporting, learnings, test organization)
Increase productivity without sacrificing quality

Required

Solid experience with performance marketing
