Responsibilities
Lead Omni Channel Marketing for premium snack brands including Cape Cod, Snyder’s of Hanover, and Kettle Brand, shaping how shoppers experience our brands across in‑store and online touchpoints
You’ll help build bold, disruptive go‑to‑market strategies that resonate with shoppers, drive consideration and trial, and leverage retailer media networks and data to continuously optimize performance
You’ll also champion thought leadership to ensure our brands stay on the cutting edge of an ever‑changing omnichannel landscape
Direct the creation, execution, and optimization of large‑scale omnichannel marketing programs aligned with brand and sales objectives
Integrate campaigns across the full activation funnel in partnership with Brand Marketing and Consumer Experience teams
Partner with Sales Strategy, Retail Activation, eCommerce, and Customer Teams—as well as retail partners—to enhance the shopper journey across channels
Guide agencies to deliver insight‑led, shopper‑first creative that converts at the point of purchase
Manage and optimize multi‑million‑dollar Omni investments with financial rigor and profitable growth mindset
Identify and activate “white space” opportunities to drive growth
Ensure agency partners deliver on strategic, shopper‑centric objectives
Provide strategic thought leadership across a matrixed organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Omni Marketing, Customer Marketing, eCommerce, or agency roles
Strong analytical and business acumen
Independent thinker and action‑oriented self‑starter
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to influence and work effectively in a cross‑functional, matrixed organization
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience managing large‑scale marketing budgets
Success developing shopper‑first creative across channels
Familiarity with retailer media networks and eCommerce strategies
Ability to uncover innovative white space opportunities
Experience leading agencies to deliver strategic objectives
