Managing Director of New Business and Client Relations
DCH Advisors is a boutique consulting firm committed to delivering high-impact solutions to Dayforce customers. They are seeking a Managing Director of New Business and Client Relations to lead strategic growth and ensure exceptional service delivery across accounts.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, pursue, and secure new customer opportunities
Build and manage a strong pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals, and marketing-driven leads
Lead proposal development, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with consulting team members
Partner with marketing to craft campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership content that attract new leads
Serve as the primary relationship lead for select key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for additional services or value-added solutions
Facilitate seamless handoffs between business development and delivery teams; stay engaged throughout project lifecycles to monitor customer satisfaction
Implement feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement in customer service delivery
Track and report on client health, engagement trends, and renewal opportunities
Represent the firm externally at conferences, events, and industry forums
Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform service offerings and positioning
Help shape internal processes and tools to support growth, including CRM management and sales operations
Collaborate with partners to define KPIs and measure the success of business development and client engagement initiatives
Success will be measured by the ability to drive sustainable revenue growth, build a high-quality pipeline, retain and expand strategic client relationships, and elevate the firm’s overall approach to business development and client service
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in business development, client services, and/or relationship management—preferably within a consulting or professional services firm
Proven ability to generate and close new business while managing client relationships at a senior level as well as proven sales track record in the past 5 years
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for consultative selling and active listening
Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience with CRM process and sales reporting
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
