Responsibilities
Manage daily accounts receivable and payable
Prepare to file monthly sales tax and tax return for both federal and states
Review employees' expense report and prepare reimbursement payment
Bank reconciliation, bank deposits, and manage transactions
Prepare internal and external Audit
Support Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing
Other accounting job duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years Accounting experience preferably in corporate setting
Licensed CPA will be huge plus
Business-level proficiency in Korean and English (Speaking/ Listening/ Reading/ Writing)
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage etc.), SAP experience will be plus
Excellent communication skills (Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing)
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
