Responsibilities

Conduct retirement-focused planning conversations with pre-retirees and retirees
Lead 12–15 new initial appointments per week, with additional follow-ups as needed
Deliver clear, compliant recommendations across investment and annuity solutions
Operate within a fiduciary-first, team-based sales environment
Work closely with internal support, onboarding, and operations teams so you can stay client-facing

Qualification

Active Series 65Active Life & Health licenseFixed Indexed Annuity experienceClient-facing advisory experienceConsultative sales skillsComfort with retirement-age clients

Required

Active Series 65
Active Life & Health insurance license
Minimum 3–5 years of client-facing advisory experience
Insurance-only backgrounds do not qualify
Proven Fixed Indexed Annuity experience (3+ years preferred)
Strong consultative sales skills
Comfort working with retirement-age clients
