Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships Activation

The Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships Activation plays a crucial role in managing corporate partners and executing sponsorship activations, ensuring successful fulfillment of agreements and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of assigned corporate partners, managing relationships, and ensuring all contractual elements are fulfilled accurately and on time
Coordinate and execute a wide range of activation elements, including in-game marketing promotions, digital and social media campaigns, retail promotions, signage, hospitality events, and community initiatives
Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Game Presentation, Operations, Ticket Sales, and Legal, to ensure seamless implementation of integrated partnership programs
Highlight additional opportunities for creative and compelling brand integration between Spectacor portfolio and clients
Act as an on-site representative during games and special events, managing partner logistics, ensuring a high level of client hospitality, and assisting with game night experiences
Track performance metrics and collect proof of performance (e.g., photos, data) to create comprehensive mid-season and end-of-year recap reports that demonstrate ROI for partners
Prepare and present those recaps and performance summaries to partners
Report and track financials for each client related to ticket, fulfillment and activation budgets
Identify opportunities for added value and incremental revenue within existing partnerships to support the sales team in achieving renewal and upselling objectives
Maintain accurate partner details and track deliverables within the scope of services the department provides to the rest of the organization and our corporate clients
Complete other work as assigned by corporate partnerships leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field is typically required
Prior sports and entertainment marketing experience in corporate partnerships, account management, or event marketing is beneficial
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are essential for client interaction and internal collaboration
Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must have a willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the event schedule
Must be creative, well-organized, possess a strong work ethic and a desire and willingness to learn and pursue excellence
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, presentation software, and CRM systems (Salesforce, KORE) is preferred
