Responsibilities
Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 learners, providing coaching support and reinforcing literacy instruction delivered by Reading Specialists
Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and meet their weekly academic targets
Guiding emotional self-regulation, resilience development, and problem-solving abilities with consistent routines and empathetic support
Monitoring individual student development and needs, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches in partnership with your colleagues
Building a classroom environment that balances structure, engagement, and individualized attention
Qualification
Required
Must be available for full-time, in-person work at our San Francisco, CA or Miami, FL campus
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3+ years of hands-on experience with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
Engaging storyteller and dynamic presenter: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of young children in group settings
Capable of maintaining elevated expectations for both yourself and students, and motivating children to reach their objectives
Growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
