They are seeking a Data Indexer who will retrieve documents from the World View Fax system and ensure they are attached to the correct patient files while maintaining communication with clinical staff and the insurance team.

Responsibilities
Retrieve all documents from our World View Fax system and attach them to the correct patient file
Email the insurance team patient information which will be used to confirm eligibility of each patient
Communicates with the clinical staff to ensure receipt of all new patient referrals so they can be properly reviewed
Indexe/ attach all MD orders and current patient documents to appropriate patients files
Professionally communicates with Directors of Nursing, Clinical Managers and office team members to insure we are indexing documents accurately and in a timely manor
Qualification
Required
Computer skills necessary
Intake experience a plus
Home Health experience a plus
Medical Office experience a plus
