Supply Chain Analyst

They are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage and oversee the Client Corporation Crew Services portfolio, focusing on sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relations for transportation and lodging services.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the Client Corporation Crew Services portfolio, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relations for transportation and lodging services
Negotiate and manage contracts with transportation and lodging contractors, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
Develop and optimize transportation and lodging strategies in collaboration with the Client Corporation Crew Services team
Monitor contractors to ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies
Support sourcing and purchasing activities for crew transportation and lodging
Collaborate with other groups in the company to maximize efficiency and drive cost savings
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of relevant experience (minimum); 6-10 years preferred
Technical skills in SAP, MS Excel/Spreadsheets, MS Word/Word Processing, MS PowerPoint/Presentations, MS Access/Database Development, and web-based portals/applications
Skills in adaptive thinking, legal/contract writing and review, analytical thinking, communication, decision making, and empowering others
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS) preferred
Experience with a cross-category view of crew services resource planning is a plus
Knowledge of Client Services Crew Activities, methods, facilities, equipment, and regional operations would be advantageous
