Lead plant-wide sanitation programs at a large, complex facility
Partner with the Director of Operations and Director of Sanitation
Drive best practices and elevate sanitation culture at both site and corporate levels
Play a key role in an evolving operational excellence initiative
Receive strong organizational support to achieve success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of sanitation-related experience
Strong background in food manufacturing environments
Proven ability to lead in large-scale, complex operations
