The Deal Desk Analyst will support Go-to-Market organizations with opportunity management, revenue bookings, contract review, and billing/order management while ensuring compliance with financial standards.

Responsibilities

Process Salesforce opportunities promptly and ensure all documentation falls in line with the booking policy
Manage the booking process and ensure incoming Salesforce quotes and subscriptions are accurate, including but not limited to confirming contact and billing information, discounting, non-standard terms, and custom billing schedules
Troubleshoot and resolve errors, discrepancies, and issues that arise during the quoting process in Salesforce
Ensure approvals for non-standard deals have been properly documented, escalated to the right approval levels, and resolved within reasonable time frames
Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant information using Salesforce
Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, to resolve deal issues on behalf of Sales
Effectively manage and work through end-of-month and end-of-quarter volumes
Perform other duties and projects as assigned when needed to support Revenue Operations and the business

Required

1-2 years of experience managing contracts and deal structures in a SaaS environment
Knowledge of SaaS revenue models
Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects independently end-to-end
Ability to work cross-functionally across various business units, adapt quickly, and prioritize requests
Strength in process documentation, presentation, and training
Ability to work on many deals simultaneously, handling adversarial conversations in a firm but calm manner
