Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, AP/AR, cost accounting, and revenue recognition
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and ensure GAAP compliance
Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
Manage audits, tax compliance, and relationships with external auditors and advisors
Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and scalable financial systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibility
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
