Responsibilities

Mentor and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade via customized, accelerated learning tracks
Guide students in developing life skills (focus, public speaking, grit, resilience) in parallel with academic objectives
Use AI-powered tools to monitor student progress, customize learning experiences, and personalize instruction
Drive students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and reach ambitious educational milestones
Work alongside a team that is reimagining education for high-performing learners

Required

Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, prestigious scholarships, academic Olympiads, dual-enrollment, etc.)
At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational context (adapting instruction, creating assessments, personalizing lessons)
Excellent public speaking and communication skills
Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
