Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records across trusts, investments, and related entities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reconciliations
Track and report investment activity across multiple asset classes, including private equity, real estate, and securities
Support income tax compliance for individuals, trusts, and special-purpose entities; coordinate with external tax advisors
Monitor tax law changes, manage tax notices, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
Maintain strong internal controls and resolve financial discrepancies
Prepare concise financial reports for leadership and stakeholder review
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of progressive accounting and tax experience
Strong background in individual and trust tax compliance
Experience accounting for investments and complex entity structures
Advanced Excel skills and experience with modern accounting systems
Proven discretion and professionalism handling sensitive financial information
