Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, system, and data-related issues
Perform systems analysis and root-cause investigation to prevent recurring incidents
Monitor and diagnose performance using Azure Application Insights (or comparable tools)
Analyze and optimize SQL Server workloads, queries, and stored procedures
Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and improve reliability
Help design operational processes for incident response and peak-load conditions
Support deployment and delivery workflows through Azure DevOps pipelines
Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and participate in all core ceremonies
Contribute to user story creation, refinement, and sprint planning
Qualification
Required
Strong systems analysis and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Azure Application Insights (or comparable monitoring tools)
Proficiency with SQL analysis tools and diagnosing performance bottlenecks
Microsoft Web Forms
Microsoft .NET Core
C#
Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines
Azure Data Factory
ORM: Entity Framework and/or Dapper
Angular (components & TypeScript)
Strong Transact-SQL skills (complex queries, stored procedures, functions)
Query optimization and performance tuning
Experience working with large datasets
Agile/Scrum experience (active participation in all ceremonies)
CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps
Familiarity with Gitflow branching, pull requests, and collaborative delivery practices
