Building client relationships
Reviewing financial profiles
Working closely with underwriters to ensure successful loan closures
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Loan Officer or within the Mortgage Lending industry
Understanding of Mortgage Industry practices and processes, including underwriting standards
Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance guidelines and financial documentation requirements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Proficiency with mortgage software systems and digital lending platforms
