Responsibilities
Developing and implementing the Company’s manufacturing processes and equipment needed to build our particle characterization instruments
Overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance processes
Leading a team of manufacturing Engineers focusing on existing and new product introductions
Ensuring the engineering team and other production teams work together to guarantee the ongoing safety of our teammates and ensure the quality of our products
Aligning the manufacturing engineering department's business plan with the Company’s overall organizational objectives and targets
Maintaining and improving compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal standards
Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives
Driving continuous improvement
Fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization
Ensuring that our products consistently meet and exceed the highest standards of quality
Streamlining processes, eliminating waste, and optimizing resource utilization
Contributing experience and creativity to drive transformation within our manufacturing environment
Establishing collaboration and an atmosphere of trust among their colleagues while learning the legacy manufacturing environment and quality programs
Qualification
Required
