In this role, you will oversee credit strategy, manage customer exposure, and collaborate with Sales and Finance leadership to support growth while protecting the company's financial position.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain credit and collection policies to reduce risk and bad debt
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Credit Analysts
Set and approve credit limits for U.S. And international customers
Evaluate financial risk and manage exposure across customer portfolios
Oversee collections, AR aging, and bad debt reserve analysis
Partner with external finance companies on dealer credit arrangements
Approve or hold orders based on account status and risk
Manage exceptions to standard payment terms and complex credit issues
Analyze key credit metrics and provide insight to leadership
Support additional credit and finance initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus)
7+ years of credit and collections experience
3+ years of people management experience
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
Experience with wholesale and retail financing
