Responsibilities
Create and complete TILT work orders
Identify time, material, and machine for project completion
Constant learning of new technologies and tools
Identify kaizen opportunities for the TILT lab in processes and equipment
Part fabrication and tooling using different technologies
Preventive maintenance plans for TILT Lab equipment
Ensure 5s sustainment inside TILT lab
Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays
Lead effective written and verbal communication with TILT members, management, and outside groups regarding issues that require resolution
Promote teamwork and improve the TILT group skills by coaching and identifying off-job training
Qualification
Required
