Responsibilities

Familiarize yourself with Atosa's products, monitor new offerings and equipment design changes
Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair damaged equipment
Safely operate company service vehicle to travel to various customer locations as scheduled for service repairs
Manage customer appointments, providing ETAs and updates to dispatch representatives
Maintain inventory of all tools, equipment, and other such assets assigned by the company
Effectively and professionally communicate through phone and email, fostering strong relationships with customers, colleagues, sales representatives, fellow technicians, and others as needed
Ensure timely submission of all essential paperwork for completed service repairs, invoices, payments, and requested documentation via approved systems
Perform additional duties as assigned by the hiring manager

Qualification

Required

Self-motivated, capable of both independent and collaborative work
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and simplified technical communication skills
Ability to comprehend and interpret diagrams and specifications related to HVAC service and installation
Proficiency in computers, operating systems, and applications
Familiarity with necessary tools of trade, adhering to safety protocols
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, remain stationary for extended periods, and exhibit multi-limb coordination and manual dexterity
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal Certification
Valid Driver's License
