Responsibilities
Provide technical support to restaurant managers and associates using phone, email, and remote support tools
Manage the shipping and receiving of computer, tablet, and POS equipment for restaurant locations
Image, deploy, and configure computers and devices for use in the field
Troubleshoot, refurbish, and prepare returned equipment for redeployment
Assist with inventory-related tasks, including setup of tablets and POS systems
Handle calls related to associate-facing websites and technology systems
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent communication skills and the ability to support users with varying technical experience
Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (approximately 50 lbs)
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Familiarity with popular web browsers and smartphones
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of or exposure to remote management software
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
