Responsibilities
6 + years of experience supporting HRIS or HCM systems with atleast 1-2 years of direct Oracle fusion HCM experience preferred
Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, testing, and data validation
Strong HRIS knowledge across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Absence
Experience supporting UAT, troubleshooting, and post‑production stabilization
Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and third‑party vendors
Familiarity with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting
Please ensure the candidate has strong hands‑on experience in :
Benefits Administration (configuration, life events, eligibility, enrollment, audits)
Absence Management (plans, accruals, work schedules, entitlement rules, testing)
OTBI & BI Publisher Reporting (building analyses, dashboards, delivering HCM‑related analytics)
Core HCM
Learning (OLC) , Performance Management , Recruiting (ORC) , Onboarding , Help Desk , and other HCM functional modules
End‑to‑end configuration, testing (including UAT), data validation, release support, and troubleshooting
Cross‑functional collaboration with HR, IT, and third‑party vendors
Qualification
Required
6 + years of experience supporting HRIS or HCM systems with at least 1-2 years of direct Oracle fusion HCM experience
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, testing, and data validation
