Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of 4-6 assigned projects, translating objectives into clear timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Collaborate across teams, including scientific, computational, and business units, to facilitate effective communication and coordination
Monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and work with teams to resolve issues
Communicate project updates, status, and results to stakeholders clearly and effectively
Support budget tracking and resource planning for assigned projects
Leverage project management tools to streamline task management and collaboration
Contribute to the development and implementation of workflows to improve operational efficiency within projects

Required

Education: BS or MS in life sciences, computational biology, business, or a related field
Experience: 5-6 years of experience in project management within biotechnology, computational biology, AI/ML, pharmaceuticals, or a related scientific field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite or similar)
Strong communication skills to present technical information clearly and effectively
Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities to address project challenges
Results-driven and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Growth-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Collaborative and enjoys working as part of a high-impact team
