Responsibilities
Lead 2D, digital, and environmental creative development for in-person experiences
Collaborate with event managers and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions
Manage internal and external design resources and ensure projects adhere to timelines
Stay updated on experiential design and technology trends to inform new ideas
Travel up to 30% for project needs
Qualification
Required
Experience with immersive technologies, virtual reality, and/or augmented/extended reality
Experience with live events production and retail environmental design
Understanding of the Consumer Entertainment market and Client's position
Passion for entertainment and entertainment technology
Belief in Client's mission to enable better entertainment for all
Bachelor's degree in design, art, or a related field
8+ years of experience in consumer-facing experiential design
Strong creative, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complex, high-visibility projects independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Adobe tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CAD, rendering tools) and MS Office Suite
Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to engage in high-level discussions
