Responsibilities
Take ownership and lead on features and functionality, design, code, run and maintain pipelines, transformations, views, test suites for applications and data validation purposes
Mentor team members on software and data engineer guidelines and processes
Lead work with Data, DevOps and Application development teams on integrating automated testing with CI/CD processes
Involved in testing and deploying internal data quality applications
Implement and delivery data quality pipeline frameworks
Implement and deliver data warehouse pipelines and modeling
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability Leading Data Engineering and Analysis teams
Experience mentoring engineers on standard methodologies and establish guidelines while remaining hands-on
Proven experience with data-centric testing and deployment of FinTech based applications, data analysis, data pipelines and ETL for large datasets
Proficiency in MSSQL or equivalent SQL RDBMS
Proficiency in Python
Experience with DBT and Azure Data Factory and Pipelines
Familiarity working in a scrum/agile SDLC environment
Experience delivering software applications and data to a wide audience
8+ Years of Data Engineering and software delivery experience
3-5 Years of Technical Project Leadership experience
Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
Master of Science (M.S) or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with MS Synapse and Snowflake desired
Business Intelligence and Analytics application experience
