Responsibilities
Electronic assembler and re-work technician. This includes hand assembly and disassembly of SMT components
Extensive experience working in R&D Department
Excellent skills in rework of BGA or small footprint components
Assist in Hardware Debug down to component level of prototype boards
Work very well in a team environment. Able to demonstrate and understand the interpretation and creation of electronic schematics, technical drawings and flow diagrams
Excellent soldering/de-soldering techniques, work under microscope
Knowledgeable of the ECN process, implementing ECN to boards, writing ECN procedures and releasing ECN as necessary
Able to set up and configure a microcomputer using available operating systems and software packages
Responsible to maintain a clean, safe, well, organized work area with adequate supplies for the engineering hardware lab
