Responsibilities
Manage Project Delivery: Drive cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope, timelines, and budget are met; and identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed. You will also manage complex up and downstream project impacts
Amplify Leadership's Impact: Prepare and drive materials for major enterprise events and strategic reviews, ensuring leadership's vision is communicated effectively to a wide audience
Elevate the Associate Experience: Partner closely with internal committees to create a world-class associate experience through initiatives like standardized onboarding, interviewer calibration, and team engagement events
Provide Strategic Partnership: Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery and forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure commitments are met
Maintain Project Integrity: Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree or Military Experience
At least 4 years of experience in Project Management
Preferred
Masters Degree
PMP Certification or PMI Certification or Process Management Certification
5+ years of experience in Project Management
3+ years of experience in Process Management
