This role involves managing data entry, shipment tracking, and coordination between internal teams and warehouse partners in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Perform data entry in Excel and Ross (ERP system)
Use advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Manage and respond to email inquiries through Microsoft Outlook
Follow up on submitted shipments and inquiry requests
Provide shipment and inventory load details to receiving distribution centers
Communicate shipment and load confirmations with Califia Farms Logistics and shipping teams
Verify pallet counts, weight limits, and product details using Excel shipping templates
Research and reconcile shipping transfers and discrepancies across warehouses, logistics, Ross ERP, and Anaplan
Collaborate effectively in a high‑demand, fast‑paced environment
Receive and act on instructions via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
High attention to detail
Experience with data entry and ERP systems (Ross preferred)
Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred
Transportation, logistics, or inventory experience
Familiarity with Anaplan or similar planning tools
