Front Office Assistant
LHH is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to provide administrative and facilities support during a high-volume busy season. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment.
Responsibilities
Support tax return processing activities during the busy season
Assist with facilities-related tasks and general office support
Upload Statements of Work (SOWs) and update workflow tracking systems
Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Support day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency during peak workload periods
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
one (1) or more years of experience in an administrative assistant/front office role
