Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and underwrite new office development and redevelopment opportunities

Build and maintain development financial models, including feasibility analysis, sensitivities, and scenario testing

Support deal sourcing efforts through market research, site evaluation, and coordination with internal stakeholders

Prepare investment materials and recommendations for internal review and decision-making

Manage development execution from pre-development through construction, including budgets, schedules, and consultant coordination

Work closely with leasing and asset management teams on tenant strategy, market positioning, and execution

Support zoning, entitlement, and planning processes alongside external advisors and municipalities

Track office market fundamentals and development trends across core Southeastern markets

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related discipline

Demonstrable experience across office development sourcing and execution

Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel capability

Clear communicator with the ability to engage internal teams and external partners
