Responsibilities

Process weekly/bi‑weekly payroll for multi‑state employees
Enter, update, and maintain employee payroll records (new hires, terminations, pay changes)
Handle garnishments, deductions, tax updates, and benefit‑related payroll items
Audit payroll reports for accuracy and reconcile discrepancies
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide timely support
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Support year‑end payroll functions including W‑2 preparation and audits

Required

3+ years of payroll experience required
Experience using UKG or ADP is required
