Responsibilities
Providing in-person, phone, and remote support for hardware and software issues
Assisting with PC deployments, installations, and technology refresh activities
Troubleshooting and resolving incidents in collaboration with users, vendors, and IT teams
Managing and updating asset records accurately in ServiceNow
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a technical support, desktop support, or IT services role
Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and basic networking
Experience supporting users in a client-facing or walk-up IT environment
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT asset and ticketing systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, managing lists)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience
