Responsibilities
Serve as a primary reporting and analytics resource for Central Sales Finance
Maintain and support Excel-based and Power BI reporting
Act as a first line of defense for:
Reporting questions
Data inconsistencies
Minor system issues (prior to escalation)
Partner with Sales and Commercial Finance leadership to support:
Volume forecasting
Trade forecasting (promotions, rebates, accruals, deductions, true-ups)
Support EPM and sales planning processes, including data validation and scenario analysis
Help teams understand and navigate customer, channel, distributor, and indirect sales data
Support reporting across complex distribution models (warehouse, distributor, indirect retail)
Maintain and leverage customer master data and underlying data structures to ensure accuracy
Coordinate across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on:
Metrics
Definitions
Reporting outputs
Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support decision-making during the Hypercare period
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of experience across Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, or FP&A
Manager or Senior Manager–level experience
Strong understanding of CPG sales finance and indirect distribution models
Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas, pivots, data analysis)
Experience supporting sales planning and forecasting
Working knowledge of Power BI (consuming datasets; dashboard maintenance or build experience preferred)
Ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor in a fast-paced environment
Accounting or Finance degree
Preferred
EPM experience with Hyperion
Exposure to NetSuite
Experience supporting organizations during ERP post-go-live / Hypercare periods
Comfort triaging data and reporting issues in partnership with technical teams
