Responsibilities

Execute and analyze experiments and A/B tests to optimize partnership-driven growth initiatives
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using SQL, spreadsheets, and visualization tools
Launch and manage marketing activations and partnership campaigns, ensuring smooth execution end-to-end
Pull insights from data and translate findings into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
Prepare weekly reporting, experiment readouts, and workback schedules
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Ad Ops, and Legal teams
Help evolve and expand subscription benefits beyond core offerings to improve member retention

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong experience with Google Sheets or Excel
Hands-on SQL experience (intermediate level preferred)

Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments

Preferred

Experience with experimentation platforms or analytics visualization tools
Background in subscription, marketplace, growth, or partnerships teams
Exposure to strategy & operations, business operations, or growth roles
