Qualification
Required
2+ years experience of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Managing a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution
Overseeing discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
Serving as second chair in trials with future opportunities to first chair
Collaborating with a national litigation team and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for clients
