Responsibilities
Act as the technical lead to resolve integration "bugs" specifically between RedRock Software and Workday. Refine the flow of data from procurement through to final invoice payment
Take full ownership of creating comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from scratch. You will document the lifecycle of an invoice to ensure knowledge is institutionalized and searchable
Lead the technical execution of the AP month-end close. This includes managing complex journal entries, troubleshooting reversals within Workday, and ensuring RedRock data reconciles perfectly with the general ledger
Provide guidance to the transactional clerks on system best practices, acting as the bridge between IT/System Architects and the Accounting department
Analyze AP workflows across the organization’s various business units to identify efficiencies and ensure a lean, high-output operational structure
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with RedRock Software (procure-to-pay/inventory) and Workday is the core requirement
You should understand how these two platforms interact in a high-volume hospitality environment
You are highly analytical and documentation-oriented
You enjoy 'cleaning up' data and building scalable, automated processes
You have 'thick skin' and thrive in high-stakes environments
You are comfortable working through 'growing pains' and high expectations to help build a best-in-class department
Preferred
Extensive experience in Gaming or Hospitality is highly preferred
You must understand the specific flow of F&B, entertainment, and gaming revenue through an AP lens (e.g., three-way matching, 24/7 operations)
