Responsibilities
Develop new programs with instructional designers and business stakeholders, including creating and communicating briefs, script writing and filming
Deep understanding of sustainability L&D programs, existing content and resources
Work with the business to engage, excite and motivate learners to learn and embed these new skills in their work
Where required, facilitate live learning sessions both virtual and face to face
Qualification
Required
Experience in end to end learning development and programming
A lot of coordination with other stakeholders
Working close with the AI product team and the coordination of projects
Develop new programs with instructional designers and business stakeholders, including creating and communicating briefs, script writing and filming
Deep understanding of sustainability L&D programs, existing content and resources
Work with the business to engage, excite and motivate learners to learn and embed these new skills in their work
Where required, facilitate live learning sessions both virtual and face to face
Connecting with stakeholders and SMEs from a variety of backgrounds and levels of seniority
Experience in and knowledge of sustainability and/or net zero carbon on the built environment
Using available content, resources, and technology to meet business needs
Bring practical and global perspective – creatively make learning programs accessible to a broad employee base
