Using advanced analytics to identify sales optimization opportunities
Leading strategic sales huddles to align teams with best practices
Driving roleplay for sales skill development
Observing and providing real-time feedback on sales behaviors
Implementing customized coaching plans to enhance SP100 and the 30-Day Stick Rate metrics
Establishing a rigorous feedback loop to track coaching effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales coaching or enablement roles
Strong analytical skills to utilize data for identifying sales optimization opportunities
Ability to lead and facilitate sales huddles effectively
Proficient in driving roleplay for sales skill development
Experience in providing real-time observation and feedback
Ability to implement customized coaching plans
Strong communication skills to provide feedback and foster continuous improvement
Experience in measuring and evaluating sales performance metrics
