Sales Account Manager
NEXHR is looking for a technically inclined, relationship oriented sales professional who can support existing customers while driving growth in a critical territory. The role focuses on expanding sales within a key pulp and paper account while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Grow sales through strong customer relationships and deep product knowledge
Retain and support existing business across the region
Promote and uphold safety culture when on site
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot customer issues using technical expertise
Build trust based relationships at all organizational levels
Maintain accurate account information and submit required reports
Manage consignment inventory and assets
Stay current through ongoing training and self development
Support team initiatives and collaborate effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Pulp & Paper, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology
0–5 years of relevant experience (ideal for early career talent)
Must be comfortable with approximately 20% travel
Strong problem solving skills, customer focus, and results driven mindset
Preferred
Training or exposure to pulp/paper science or packaging
Strong understanding of business and financial terminology
