Real Estate Paralegal
Greene Resources is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves managing residential real estate files, reviewing contracts, coordinating closings, and preparing closing documentation.

Responsibilities
Manage residential real estate files from intake through post-closing
Review purchase contracts and open new client files
Order and review title searches, surveys, HOA statements, and payoff information
Draft and finalize settlement statements and closing disclosures
Prepare complete closing packages, including deeds and affidavits
Coordinate closings with clients, lenders, agents, attorneys, and notaries
Record documents and finalize post-closing documentation and disbursements
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years of residential real estate paralegal experience in North Carolina
Strong knowledge of North Carolina real estate closings and title standards
Experience with settlement software such as SoftPro, ProTrust, and/or Simplifile
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple files and meet strict deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment
Professional and client-focused approach to work
Preferred
Paralegal certification preferred but not required
