Responsibilities
Lead daily production huddles to assign crews and confirm daily job readiness
Inspect job sites for quality, safety, and cleanliness to enforce Torq standards
Serve as the primary escalation point for field issues and coordinate backfill coverage
Review job photos and documentation daily to ensure 95%+ accuracy and compliance
Conduct performance evaluations and 1-on-1s to coach Lead Technicians and crews
Address customer concerns professionally to protect on-site confidence and trust
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years in field leadership, production supervision, or foreman-level roles
Proven experience leading crews in construction, coatings, or trades environments
Ability to manage daily schedules, project scopes, and production plans
Track record of enforcing standards and addressing rework issues immediately
Comfort using mobile apps, CRM tools, and digital field reporting systems
Strong leadership presence with a direct, calm, and solutions-oriented mindset
